CORRESPONDENCE/PROGRAMS

"e" Newsletters "Integrated Marketing"

· "e" BreakingNEWS - highlighting our manufacturers' new products and listiing important events.

· Distributor Newsletters "Target Marketing" - periodic, timely and informative pieces devoted to essentially one product line, normally highlighting no more than two new or existing products within that line. Sent to distributor salespeople (inside and outside - approximately 300 per E-mail, Fax or bulk mail).

· End User Distributor Newsletters - same as Distributor newsletter except that distributor letterhead is used, and is sent by distributor to their key end users (approximately 100 per mailing).

· End User Newsletters - can be same as end user Distributor Newsletter except U.S.A. letterhead/masthead is used and sent to key end-users (approximately 300-400 per E-mail, Fax or bulk mail).

Programs

· Bulletins - important, informative pieces which are mailed to those distributors who would be affected most by this information - i.e. reminder of plant closings for vacation, key administrative moves, pending price/terms changes.

· E-mail/Fax Bulletins - same as Bulletin except it is e-mailed or faxed due to urgency

· Fas Fax/E-mail - highest priority. Immediate notification via e-mail or fax which concerns any subject - i.e. a spectacular promotion, pricing or close-out.

· Video Program - videos to assist in training sessions (general sales techniques and/or manufacturers' specific products) available for distributors/end users to borrow, free of charge, for a five day period.

 

MISCELLANEOUS
