Newsletters
· Agency Newsletters - regularly published
news/information regarding current and future USA
happenings.

· Distributor Newsletters - periodic,
timely and informative pieces devoted to
essentially one product line, normally highlighting
no more than two new or existing products within
that line. Sent to distributor sales- people
(inside and outside - approximately 300 per
mailing).

· End User Distributor Newsletters - same
as Distributor newsletter except that distributor
letterhead is used, and is sent by distributor to
their key end users (approximately 100 per
mailing).

· End User Newsletters - can be same as end
user Distributor Newsletter except U.S.A.
letterhead is used and it is sent to U.S.A. key
end-users (approximately 300-400 per mailing).

Programs
· Bulletins - important, informative pieces
which are mailed to those distributors who would be
affected most by this information - i.e. reminder
of plant closings for vacation, key administrative
moves, pending price/terms changes.

· Fax Bulletins - same as Bulletin except
it is faxed due to urgency
|
· Fas Fax - highest priority. Immediate
notification via fax which concerns any subject -
i.e. a spectacular promotion, pricing or close-out.

· Video Program - videos to help in
training sessions (general sales techniques to
manufacturers' specific products) are available for
distributors to borrow, free of charge, for a five
day period.

· Blu Lite Program - a vehicle for
distributors to list excess inventory available for
sale. This list will be com- piled and mailed
approximately the 15th of each month to any and all
distributors enrolled. Only those products of
current U.S.A. principals are allowed.
